Contact information

We are a small shop, and a real person answers every message.

This is the fastest way to reach us. We reply within one business day, usually sooner.

Phone

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. If we miss you, leave a message and we will call back.

What to include

For anything about an existing order, send your order number and, if something arrived wrong or damaged, a photo. That lets us sort it out in one reply rather than three.

Before you buy

If you are unsure whether a mat will fit your table, or whether a tile set will work with the racks you already own, ask us first. We would much rather answer a question than have you receive something that is not right.
