Send your order number. If something arrived damaged or wrong, add a photo and we'll sort it in one reply rather than three. You don't need to send anything back.

Before you buy

Not sure a mat will fit your table, or whether a tile set works with the racks you already own? Ask first. Our mats are 31.5" × 31.5", and our tile sets are larger than a standard American tile at 1.42" × 1.02" × 0.63" — so they won't fit racks built for standard tiles. We'd much rather answer a question than have you receive something that isn't right.
