Everything we make is printed to order, so here's exactly what to expect.
Shipping
Free shipping on every order within the United States. We don't ship outside the US at the moment.
Allow 10–15 business days from order to doorstep. Your mat or tile set is printed for you rather than pulled off a shelf, which takes a few days, and then it travels to you. Most orders arrive inside two weeks.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Holiday ordering
To arrive before Hanukkah or Christmas, order by November 13. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't promise it — production and carriers both slow down in December.
If something's wrong
We'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@fourthseatmahjong.com with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — whichever you'd prefer. No need to send anything back.
That covers damage in transit, printing faults, missing items, and anything that arrived different from what you ordered.
Change of mind
Because each item is printed for you individually, we can't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. We'd rather tell you that plainly than surprise you later.
So please check the size before ordering. Our mats are 31.5" × 31.5", which suits a standard 34" card table with a small border. If you're unsure whether a design or a size will work for your table, email us first — we'd much rather answer a question than have you receive something that isn't right.
Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, email us within 24 hours and we'll stop it before it goes to print. After that it's usually already in production.
